Hello! I'm Ms. Cover, and I'm about to start my second year at Waianae Elementary School. I'm a third grade teacher, but I also help Ms. Mendonca with our Musical Production. Three times a week we virtually meet with the cast of Aladdin Jr. to practice scenes as well as musical numbers. Whether it is to teach new reading and math skills or practice lines, I love meeting students each day!
I have been a teacher at Waianae Elementary School since 2016, but I began my teaching career at Keaau Elementary School on the Big Island. I was raised in Nankuli and graduated from Nanakuli High School. I am an alumni of the Nanakuli Performing Arts Center, where I first developed a love for theatre. I attained my Bachelors Degree in Journalism at Hawaii Pacific University and my Masters in Elementary Education at the University of Phoenix. I hopes to share my love for the performing arts with our WES kids.

THIS CLASS IS FOR CURRENT MUSICAL STUDENTS ONLY- Aladdin has been postponed but will still be a production put on when school reopens.
